buildFaviconHref

A theme-colored fan favicon as a data URL.

buildFaviconHref(theme, title = '')

Returns a data:image/svg+xml URL of the fan icon colored for light or dark; use it as the href of a <link rel="icon"> or an <img src>. It draws the same fan as `FanFavicon`, and the colors come from THEME_FAVICON_COLORS.
